Product description
Nano-zinc oxide has the effect of shielding UV, absorbing infrared ray and preventing bacteria and mould when used in emulsion coatings of interiors and exteriors of buildings as well as other coatings together with other nanometer materials, and also has the thickening effect, facilitating in the dispersive stability of pigments. During use in emulsion paint, nano-zinc oxide can increase the resistance of latex to UV radiation, weaken the sensitivity of latex to humid environment and improve the ageing resistance. Nano-zinc oxide can scatter rays, thus improving the covering capacity of latex to a certain extent.
Coatings for ships, which are made by using nano-zinc oxide as a raw material, both have the effect of shielding UV and can kill various microorganisms, thus increasing the sailing velocity and prolonging the overhaul deadline.
In addition, chromophoric pigments for automobiles, which are manufactured by nano-zinc oxide can make coatings generate rich and mysterious “Color Effect” with angular change when added in metal flashing finish paint, to generate a better imaging effect on the surfaces of automobile bodies and intensify the flashing, thus winning the preference of automobile color matching experts.
